CONTEXT

This project involved the design and development of the North Hotel, a cornerstone component of The Dynasty, a cutting-edge sports-themed resort complex in Ocoee, Central Florida. Serving as a premier hospitality destination, the 900-room hotel is strategically integrated with expansive, on-site sports venues, a vibrant retail district, and the picturesque natural landscape of Ocoee. The design successfully addresses the needs of diverse guest groups, including sports teams, event attendees, leisure travelers, and long-stay guests.

The architectural solution features a striking twin-tower design, accessible via a grand terrace canopy and centralized Welcome Center, effectively concealing parking while maximizing guest experience. Accommodation is unparalleled, with numerous suites boasting private balconies that offer direct, immersive views of the surrounding baseball fields. Amenities are thoughtfully divided across two major recreational zones: the serene West Pool Terrace, designed for adult relaxation, and the vibrant East Pool Terrace, which caters to family-friendly activity with natural landscape accents.

Furthermore, the East Tower is optimized for event travelers and meetings, while dedicated long-stay suites offer full kitchenettes and connectivity to the adjacent retail promenade. The final design creates a seamless blend of luxury, convenience, and dynamic sports energy, positioning the North Hotel as the ultimate choice for a winning stay in Central Florida.
